• Worked on call centre 2026 network refresh project alongside infrastructure specialists. Work included installing hardware, routing cables, and managing device templates & version controls. Worked with Cisco ASR 1000 series routers, 9000 series Catalyst switches, and older 6500 chassis.
• Contributed to various network upgrade projects, including test track, firewall appliance & application server reconfiguration.
• Took on self-guided projects such as 3d printing and network infrastructure provisioning, including racking new Dell R660 servers, performing cabling and documentation duties as required.

• Installing, configuring, and repairing fibre optic FTTH networks — internet, IPTV, and home phone — including gateway modems, fibre terminals, central splitting points, and copper/fibre splicing.
• Working with customers to neatly cable and configure their home networks for custom needs in all environments, rain or shine.
• Operating across residential structures, MDUs, telephone poles, and public infrastructure with full compliance to safety standards. Applying end-to-end network knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve service outages and instability efficiently.

• At healthcare sites such as Ontario Shores and Lakeridge Health, to education facilities such as Durham College and Ontario Tech University
• Worked with access control systems and fire panels, performed monitoring and footage review, responded to incidents, performed physical patrols of the campus, coordinated & responded with emergency services.

Program focused on IT systems and business solutions for industry. Key courses include hardware, data communications, databases, web dev, software, virtualization, Linux, PowerShell, and cyber security.

Gained knowledge and insight about criminal behaviours and can apply them to modern threat actors in the digital space. Courses included forensic psychology, loss prevention and officer practicum.
